GV Health interns are exposed to a wide range of clinical settings.
Our interns are exposed to a wide range of clinical settings and are provided great opportunities in education and training.
We have 33 intern positions in 2026 and offer rotations including 10 sought after Anaesthetics rotational terms.
Intern rotations for 2027 include:
- Anaesthetics
- Emergency Medicine
- General Medicine
- General Practice
- General Surgery or Orthopaedic Surgery
- Geriatric Medicine
- Hospital in the Home (HITH)
- Oncology
- Psychiatry
- Rehabilitation Medicine

Goulburn Valley Health offers a structured educational program to support training and career progression, through its Medical Education and Training Unit
It also has a dedicated Research Unit for those interested in clinical research, including opportunities to engage in clinical trials.
