Starting an exciting journey, we are happy to welcome a new cohort of GAP Year Trainees for 2024.
The 10 enthusiastic students are here to bring their energy and enthusiasm to different areas of our Nursing and Allied Health departments.
GV Health Chief People Officer Karen Linford said she looked forward to seeing the trainees begin to make a positive impact, develop their skills and contribute to the healthcare experience for the community.
“The GAP Year program at GV Health is an exciting opportunity to encourage young people in our community to enter a career in healthcare. I trust that the skills acquired, and the connections made with our staff will motivate the trainees to pursue further studies in healthcare and ultimately seek local employment, ideally with GV Health,” she said.
