The three-storey complex, built directly adjacent to the hospital, comprises 33 apartments that can house up to 39 doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and other staff joining GV Health. The apartments have been delivered to a high standard of sustainability, featuring solar power, heat pump hot water systems, double glazing, LED lighting, electric vehicle charging and on-site bike parking.
