You can call Mental Health Triage if you need urgent advice, support or help to access mental health services.

A trained mental health clinician will speak with you and help work out what support is needed.

What happens when I call?

The clinician may ask about:

  • what is happening now
  • your safety or the safety of the person you are worried about
  • current mental health concerns
  • any supports already in place
  • whether urgent assessment or follow-up is needed

They may provide advice, arrange follow-up, or connect you with the right mental health service.
