Parkvilla is a residential aged care home. The facility is located near the retail precinct of Tatura, with easy access to shopping, banking, cafes, services and hairdressers.

Set among beautiful gardens and manicured lawns, Parkvilla has the feel of a home away from home.

Parkvilla features a recently renovated dining area, a spacious and homelike loungeroom, and secure gardens for residents, families and visitors to enjoy. The facility consists of nine single rooms and one double. Most rooms have their own private ensuite and two rooms share a bathroom. The residents at Parkvilla have access to a variety of devices for communication and entertainment. A combination of private and communal lifestyle options provides freedom for residents to exercise their independence, while also enjoying support and social interaction.

The Lifestyle Coordinator at Parkvilla assists residents to enjoy a wide range of individual and group activities. Residents are supported to engage with family, friends and the wider community whenever possible.

The experienced staff at Parkvilla provide 24 hour support. Staff are committed to providing the highest standards of care and consideration for residents. Parkvilla residents and their families are encouraged to make choices relating to their care. Residents and families are welcome to participate in care planning with the healthcare team.

Parkvilla adheres to the Charter of Aged Care Rights. This is a commitment by providers to uphold the quality standards of care to all Aged Care consumers.

How do I apply to become a resident?

Eligibility for a place at Parkvilla is determined by the Aged Care Assessment Service. Clients can refer themselves to the Aged Care Assessment Service or be referred by a family member, carer, General Practitioner (GP) or health professional, by contacting My Aged Care.
