Our areas of Exercise Physiologists' practice
Our Grade 1 and 2 Exercise Physiologists work across both admitted and community settings, assisting patients with a wide range of health concerns at our main Graham Street campus. In outpatient services, our Exercise Physiologists lead structured programs such as the Osteoarthritis Management Program and the Prehabilitation Program, designed to support patients in preparation for surgery.
GV Health offers a range of Exercise Physiology roles across both admitted and community settings. As part of multidisciplinary teams, Exercise Physiologists assist adult patients with diverse health concerns, including cancer, chronic pain, and complex rehabilitation needs.
Professional Development Opportunities
GV Health provides allied health professionals with a supportive, dynamic working environment focused on developing staff within professional or multidisciplinary teams. A range of internal and external opportunities including a Grade 1 to Grade 2 program and research initiatives are also provided to support career progression in clinical and leadership areas across the spectrum of clinical services. In addition, the Allied Health Education and Research Unit offers a structured interprofessional program for new graduates, supporting the transition from student to allied health professional.
