Service Access Unit

The Service Access Unit provides a single point of access to all Allied Health, Community Health and Integrated Care services; ensuring that people access the right care, at the right time, at the right place.

Services are provided at numerous sites including the Graham Street and Community Health @ GV Heath, Corio Street Campuses of Goulburn Valley Health. Some services are also delivered at community venues or in your home.

What if I need an Interpreter?
If you are from a non-English speaking background, an interpreter can be provided.
Please call 1800 222 582 to arrange an interpreter; 48-hours notice is required for some languages.

Service Access
Some services require a referral letter from your GP. Other services will accept self referrals or referrals from other health professionals or family members, if the client consents. You may also be referred to one of the services after a stay at GV Health or an Emergency Department Attendance.
