Qualified and accredited Interpreters are available to assist people who do not speak English as a first language and to aid communication.
GV Health provides interpreters to ensure individuals can understand treatment options available and can make informed decisions about their care.
If an interpreter is required please advise GV Health staff who will make the necessary arrangements.
48 hours notice is required for some languages.
If an onsite interpreter cannot be provided a telephone interpreter will be available.
On-call is GV Health’s provider of language services.
