Sessions are for all fitness levels. Sessions include boxing, weights, cardio, circuits, and you are guaranteed to have fun!

Core stability sessions, Tuesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Mum’s and Bub fitness- for new mums, all levels of fitness. 45min tailor made program specifically for ladies getting back into fitness. Monday 10:30am, four week block $15 per session ($60, 1 session per week)
