ICS Clinics

Contact the Customer Service Officer on (03) 5832 3100 for information on how to access any of the ICS services.  Eligibility requirements may apply to some services.  The Customer Service Officer will need information from you so that we can match your needs to the most appropriate service.

All ICS Clinics are held in  Building ICS Level G.

Musculoskeletal Service:

The musculoskeletal service provides the assessment and investigation of rheumatic disorders. The musculoskeletal team develop an individual treatment plan which may include medicines, joint injection, exercise plan, and a patient / carer education programme. An early aggressive treatment approach is essential for avoiding or minimising disability caused by arthritis.

Podiatry Service:

The podiatry service focuses on the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of foot disorders. The Podiatrists provide assessment and treatment of lower limb complications in conjunction with the Goulburn Valley Diabetes Centre.  Please note the service does not include routine nail care.

Continence Service:

This team of health professionals provides assessment, management and counselling to clients, relatives and carers with bladder and bowel difficulties. 

HARP – Disease Management Team (DMT): 

HARP-DMT aims to improve the quality of life for people with Chronic Heart Failure and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease by supporting them at home to manage their disease.  HARP-DMT works closely with Air Liquide in the management of people with oxygen requirements. 

Diabetes Centre:

This service provides education and ongoing clinical support for clients diagnosed with diabetes and their families or carers. 

Falls and Mobility Clinic:

This clinic aims to prevent injury from falls and balance problems whilst improving and maintaining mobility.  A comprehensive assessment of falls risk factors is reviewed by a team of health professionals who develop a plan to meet the client’s needs.
