GV Health Compliments, Comments & Concerns
The hospital staff try to provide the best possible service and assistance to you, however there are always changes and improvements that can be made to help achieve that aim. If you have any compliments, comments or concerns about hospital services and programs, please:
- Discuss these with the nurse in charge and/or your doctor or the relevant department head/supervisor
- Write to the Chief Executive Officer of the hospital or the Community Liaison Officer, setting out the details of the matters
- Contact the Community Relations Unit (which is located opposite the hospital kiosk) by phoning 5832 2258. If the office is unattended please contact the Medical Director's office on (03) 5832 2737.
All forms of feedback are welcomed, as are suggestions for improvements to the hospital. It is imperative to the ongoing improvement of our services to advise us of your concerns so changes can be made. A copy of the Consumer Complaint Registration Form is available to be downloaded. Completed forms need to be returned to:
