GV Health Quality & Risk Management - Annual Quality of Care Reports    

The Annual Quality of Care Report provides an opportunity for GV Health to publicly report on the quality and safety of the services it provides.

This report is provided in addition to the Annual Financial and Performance Report required by the government. The period covered by the latest reports is from July 2008 to end of June 2009.

Department of Human Services (DHS) has identified key areas that must be included in the Annual Quality of Care report. In addition, GV Health has listened to feedback on last years report and consulted with consumers about what they would like to see included.
