GV Health Governance

Board of Directors

The GV Health Board consists of nine members who are committed to the corporate and clinical governance of GV Health.

The Board members are appointed by the Minister for Health, usually for a three-year term. The members are selected based on the various skills and experience they bring to the Board, including corporate management, financial/audit law, human resources, capital management, strategic information technology, risk management and clinical governance expertise.

Executive Team

The Executive Team oversees the implementation of the GV Health Integrated Quality and Risk Management Framework. Each member is responsible for providing leadership to one or more quality management committee or sub-committee. There are nine clinical streams at GV Health supported by services in various divisions.
