GV Health Diabetes Centre
GV Health is classified as a tertiary diabetes centre for specialist diabetes referals within the Hume region. Our outreach service covers the areas of Nathalia, Numurkah, Cobram and Yarrawonga. We offer specialist support and information through diabetes educators here at GV Health, and through educators now located at Numurkah and Cobram.
