Quality of life for residents is a key objective for GV Health's three residential aged care facilities. GV Health provides residential aged care services at

• Grutzner House - a 30 bed, high care psycho-geriatric specific unit located on the Shepparton Campus
• Parkvilla - a 15 bed high care nursing home incorporated with Tatura Campus
• Waranga Nursing home  - a 10 bed high care facility which forms part of the Rushworth Campus

To ensure compliance with the Commonwealth Aged Care Act and Aged Care Principals (1997), the homes have in place a mature quality system that comprises a management committee with executive representation. The management committee monitors and approves issues relating to the quality system.  A residential sub-committee with representation from all campuses reviews procedures and documentation and makes recommendations for change.

Residential lifestyle is enhanced at all campuses through programs such as holidays away, outings, men's amd women's groups, craft groups, celebration of special days and events, dementia specific programs, aromatherapy and other therapy programs focused on resident needs.
