Mr. Noel Maughan

Chair

Noel was appointed as Board Chair of Goulburn Valley Health 1 July 2011. His current appointment period expires on 30 June 2013.

Noel Maughan was a member of the Victorian Parliament for more than 17 years and has been the recipient of a number of awards, including an ABC Leadership Award, a P&O Scholarship and a Churchill Fellowship.

He has served as Chairman of the Pakenham Fruitgrowers and Producers Cooperative, President of the Pakenham Agricultural Society, a Director of Murray Goulburn Cooperative Co Ltd, a member of Swinburne University Council and a board member of St Luke's Anglicare.

Noel is currently the non-GP Chair of the Murray Plains Division of General Practice.
