Annual Quality of Care Reports

The Annual Quality of Care Report provides an opportunity for GV Health to publicly report on the quality and safety of the services it provides.

This report is provided in addition to the Annual Financial and Performance Report required by the government.

The Department of Human Services (DHS) identifies key areas that must be included in the Annual Quality of Care Report. In addition, GV Health adds information to the report based on feedback from consumers about what they would like to see included.
